Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every eligible customer can start one free 7-day trial that includes up to 30 leads. A valid payment method is required to start, but you are not charged and no paid plan begins automatically. At the end of the 7 days you explicitly choose whether to continue on a paid plan.
What counts as a lead?
A lead is a scored result delivered by a search run. Each search adds the results it returns to your plan usage. Running or re-running searches is unlimited; the lead allowance applies to the scored results counted toward your plan.
Which plans can export leads?
Export is available on Pro and Max. The Free Trial and Basic plans let you access and review leads on the website but do not include exporting — this is enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the interface.
How does monthly usage reset?
Lead allowances are defined per monthly billing period (300 for Basic, 3,000 for Pro, 10,000 for Max). The trial allowance of 30 leads applies across the 7-day trial window.
Does CallyLeads contact homeowners for me?
No. CallyLeads finds and ranks the most promising seller prospects and (on Pro and Max) exports them for you. All outreach stays in your hands, on your terms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. A canceled or expired subscription loses access to paid features at the end of its entitlement.
