CallyLeads Refund Policy

CallyLeads offers a refund period of 14 days from the date your subscription begins.

If you are not satisfied with CallyLeads, you may request a refund within 14 days of the start of your subscription.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date the applicable subscription begins.

After the 14-day period has ended, payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise expressly provided by CallyLeads.

A subscription may include credits that can be used to access CallyLeads features.

Because credits provide access to the Service, CallyLeads may take the amount of Service or credits already used into account when reviewing a refund request.

Unused credits do not expire unless the applicable plan specifically states otherwise.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation options made available through CallyLeads or the applicable payment provider.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically constitute a refund for a previous billing period.

If you cancel within the 14-day refund period and request a refund, your request will be handled according to this Refund Policy and the applicable PayPal terms.

Payments for CallyLeads are processed through PayPal.

Refund requests may be processed through PayPal in accordance with the terms applicable to your transaction.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced another billing issue, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, coordinate with the payment provider to resolve it.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides rights that are more favorable to you than this policy, those rights will continue to apply.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
