CallyLeads Terms of Service

CallyLeads is a software service designed for real estate professionals, including real estate agents and brokers.

CallyLeads helps users identify and prioritize potential homeowner leads based on property and other available information.

Information provided through CallyLeads may include, where available, a homeowner's name, property address, telephone number, email address, property characteristics, estimated property value, and other related information.

CallyLeads is a lead-generation and research tool. It does not guarantee that any person identified through the Service:

• intends to sell a property;
• will respond to your outreach;
• is interested in your services;
• will become a client;
• will list a property;
• or will complete a real estate transaction.

CallyLeads is currently intended for use by real estate agents and brokers for legitimate professional purposes.

By using CallyLeads, you represent that you are authorized to use the Service for your professional purposes and that your use will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate information when creating an account;
• keeping your login credentials secure;
• maintaining the security of your account;
• and activity occurring through your account.

You must not sell, transfer, or share your account unless expressly permitted by CallyLeads.

CallyLeads is provided through paid subscription plans.

Subscriptions are billed monthly.

Payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal processes transactions made through CallyLeads in accordance with its own terms and policies.

The price of your subscription is the price displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled.

Certain CallyLeads plans may include credits or usage units.

Unused credits do not expire unless the applicable plan expressly states otherwise.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.

CallyLeads may impose reasonable usage restrictions to prevent abuse or misuse of the Service.

CallyLeads may provide information obtained from third-party data sources.

Information may change over time and may contain inaccuracies or omissions.

CallyLeads therefore does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or accurate.

Users should verify information before relying on it for business decisions or contacting a person.

You agree to use CallyLeads only for lawful purposes. You must not use CallyLeads to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals;
• commit fraud;
• engage in unlawful discrimination;
• send unlawful or deceptive communications;
• misuse personal information;
• gain unauthorized access to CallyLeads;
• interfere with the Service;
• or scrape, copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute CallyLeads data except where expressly permitted.

CallyLeads provides information and tools. It does not determine whether a particular method of contacting a lead is legally permitted.

If you contact individuals through telephone calls, SMS, email, direct mail, or another method, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to your activity.

This may include rules concerning telemarketing, do-not-call requirements, text messaging, email communications, privacy, and consumer protection.

CallyLeads does not provide legal advice concerning your outreach activities.

CallyLeads, including its software, website, interface, branding, design, functionality, and original content, is owned by or licensed to CallyLeads.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the CallyLeads Service.

CallyLeads may rely on third-party services, including payment, hosting, technology, or data providers.

The availability of certain CallyLeads features may therefore depend on third-party services.

CallyLeads is provided on an ongoing basis, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, updates, third-party interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CallyLeads is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service or information provided through it will always be accurate, complete, current, available, or error-free. CallyLeads does not guarantee any particular number of leads, responses, clients, listings, commissions, sales, or other business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CallyLeads and its owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

CallyLeads may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created a risk to CallyLeads, its users, or third parties.

You may stop using CallyLeads at any time.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of CallyLeads.

We may also update these Terms when necessary.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
